Stone Milled Heritage Grain Flour

We grow a variety of heritage grains on our farm including einkorn, Lys Brun and Ölands.

Our love of growing heritage grains comes from ecology, flavour and reimagining food networks. We scour the world in search of amazing varieties, and then bring them back to the farm to try.

We can grow these grains without any external chemical inputs. They are all long straw heritage wheats, meaning they grow tall and their roots deep, which enable us to move the farm towards organic practices as they scavenge the ground for water and nutrients.

We also have a big focus on baking quality and flavour. We work closely with chefs and bakers alike to grow the best grains possible, and develop recipes to go with them. This enables us to follow our grains from seed to loaf!

We also support other farmers in our area to grow grains, and then purchase them for flour. Thus creating a larger heritage grain network which supports other farmers to grow regeneratively too.

Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed oil

A large part of our farm is dedicated to the yellow flowered rapeseed plant, which gives us our cold pressed rapeseed oil.

Every part of the process is done on farm. We grow, clean, press and bottle the oil in house to follow the process from soil to oil.

The rapeseed oil is cold pressed retaining its unique flavour and as much of it’s nutritional profile as possible.

We have 3 main varieties (plus special guests): Original, raw and smoked. Our original is a deep golden colour great for cooking, dressing and baking. Our raw was requested by Dan Barber at Selfridges WASTed, and is now a firm favourite! And finally our smoked over oak has a fragrant smokey flavour and is a delicious addition to any dish.
